Your missions
* Study, coordinate, and monitor projects related to machinery, equipment, installations, and buildings, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs.
* Write and coordinate User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Change Control (CC) documentation.
* Participate in qualification activities for installations and machinery, including FAT/SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, commissioning, and involvement in PQ.
* Review Validation Protocols and Reports (VPE) for equipment, installations, and systems.
* Develop and maintain the Technical File for assigned projects.
* Manage project-related plans and technical documentation.
* Provide training to personnel following the implementation of new projects.
* Report regularly to the Engineering Manager on project progress.
* Propose improvements for the operation and profitability of machinery and installations, contributing to continuous improvement.
* Support the Maintenance department in overseeing installations and equipment under their supervision.
* Assist in drafting maintenance procedures.
* Organize and oversee the internal and external implementation of projects under your responsibility.
* Prepare and guide the procurement process for assigned projects.
Your profile
* Experience in project coordination and management within an engineering or industrial environment.
* Knowledge of machinery, equipment, and installations in a regulated environment.
* Experience with qualification processes (FAT/SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
* Strong technical writing skills for documentation such as URS, CC, and validation protocols.
* Ability to analyze and optimize operational processes.
* Academic background in engineering, industrial management, or a related field.
* Fluent in [Language(s) Required]; additional languages are a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
