Joining our team as a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be able to engage with cross-functional teams, measure and drive growth, and analyze the overall impact on the business while obtaining deeper insights into customer behaviour.
Ready to become part of it?
* You collect, clean, transform, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable customer insights to the teams.
* You mentor your cross-functional teams to think and work data-driven.
* You design and conduct surveys, A/B testing and other methods to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing approaches.
* You work closely with cross-functional teams to challenge and understand their needs and to translate them into data-driven solutions.
* You create dashboards and reports to share findings and information with stakeholders.
This is how we describe you… 👇
* Master Degree in Data Science, Business, Statistics or a related field or equivalent work experience.
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in the e-commerce sector.
* Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and software (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Python, ..).
* Expertise with Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power Bi, ..).
* Strong analytical skills.
* Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
* Capacity to convert complex data insights into suggested strategies.
* Innovative and curious mindset to data driven marketing.
