As a Business Process Specialist, you will play a key role in the implementation and continuous improvement of a new ERP system (SAP) within the different European Offices, starting pilot wise with Germany and The Netherlands and within Sales, Logistics, Purchase and Finance processes.
JOBINHOUD
* In collaboration with the European team, you will analyze existing business processes, define best practices, and contribute to the effective deployment and long-term support of the new systems.
* Your responsibilities will include mapping and documenting current processes, identifying risks and inefficiencies, and developing optimized workflows and mitigation strategies. You will drive process improvements that lead to enhanced performance and cost efficiency.
* This position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across departments to identify areas for improvement, participate in agile development cycles, and support the testing and implementation of new system functionalities. Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends will also be a key part of your role, ensuring continuous innovation and best-in-class service delivery.

PROFILE
You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Information Systems Management, or a related discipline. You bring several years of experience in business process analysis and optimization.
Technical skills:
Excellent knowledge of Business Process Modeling,
Business Process.
Re-engineering and the related Management (BPM) Tools.
SharePoint: Knowledge in using SharePoint for mapping
business.
Requirements and managing document workflows.
Data Analysis Tools: Skills in using tools like Excel or Power
BI for analyzing.
Business data and visualizing process flows.
* Your analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to challenge existing processes are key assets in this role. You are precise and thorough in documenting and analyzing workflows, with a strong eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and Dutch or French is essential; additional language skills are an asset.
