Join our team as an HR & Payroll Associate and play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and efficient HR administration in a service-driven company.
Responsibilities:
Do you have experience in payroll and HR administration and are looking for a new challenge?
Does this sound like you?
* Processing employee salaries.
* Managing the personnel administration (active and inactive) of the Group from A to Z: tracking social documents (absences, paid leave, insurance, allowances, work accidents, time credit, etc.) in accordance with current social and tax legislation.
* Collaborating with your payroll colleagues to manage group insurance, company cards, annual and monthly economic unemployment declarations to ONEM, administrative follow-up of A1 documents, etc.
* Being available to employees for their questions regarding HR & payroll administration, providing good follow-up.
It’s a challenging role, but you’re never alone! You can always count on your Team Leader, your colleagues, and close collaboration with other HR services and HR BPs.
Who are you?
* Knowledge of payroll systems is essential; knowledge of SAP HR is a plus.
* You have a good command of Office 365 software (Word, Excel, etc.).
* You have a good command of Dutch and French.
* You also recognize yourself in the following description: strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, precise and structured work, good team communication, and an open mind.
