A Day in the Life
• Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within the region of South Belgium and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide technical support to the cases, support on sizing and planning activities.
• Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct on-site education and consulting, support establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
• Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
• Conduct market research, implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a related discipline
• Min 4 years’ selling experience within the medical device industry, ideally in a sales and/or marketing/market development position
• Proven track record of experience in developing and implementing strategies within the medical device industry
• Fluency in both French and English
• Strong interpersonal - and communication selling skills
