You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our business. Key Responsibilities:
1. System Configuration:
o Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal system performance.
o Implement and maintain automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flows.
2. User Support:
o Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training as needed.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and enhance user experience.
3. Data Management:
o Manage data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, and cleaning.
o Design and implement data models to support business processes.
4. Reports and Dashboards:
o Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.
o Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analytics.
5. Integration:
o Work with integration tools to connect Salesforce with other business systems.
o Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external applications.
6. Security and Compliance:
o Implement and maintain security controls to protect sensitive data.
o Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
7. Documentation:
o Document system configurations, customizations, and processes.
o Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
* Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
