Purpose of the position:
Strengthen sales teams through a selective and structural approach to customers (existing, potential, new) with information about the Ciat/Carrier brand program through the associated support and consulting activities, so that Ciat/Carrier acquires a privileged position as a supplier of air conditioning products in the market. The focus of the function will be primarily on industry of all types
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Acquires, maintains and takes care of the development of contacts with installers and consulting firms. Visit existing and new customers, sell the equipment applied, negotiate terms and conditions, prepare offers and selections and supervise the follow-up in relation with the internal team Identifies trends and developments and coordinates them with the sales team during sales meetings. Keep abreast of technical developments by attending training, reading internal documentation, or consulting with the relevant product manager. Takes care of the co-design and execution of trainings and presentations to clients
Required :
Experience in the technical or commercial field with additional training in HVAC, at least 5 years of experience in a sales position. Knowledge of customer data file management, knowledge of the main programs and use of CRM In-house training is automatically provided for the extended range of the 2 brands
