Job Description
As Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative support of the quality department. You ensure accurate processing and follow-up of quality documents and contribute to the efficient operation of the quality management system. You work closely with colleagues from different departments and are an important link in monitoring and improving quality within the organisation. For our facility in Heverlee (Leuven), we are currently looking for a Quality Administrator.
Responsibilities
1. Management and processing of quality documentation and reports.
2. Support in audits and certification processes by preparing and collecting necessary documents.
3. Establish and manage quality procedures and work instructions.
4. Tracking non-conformities and recording improvement actions.
5. Communicate with internal departments on quality processes and requirements.
6. Supporting training and awareness campaigns in the field of quality.
7. Participate in process improvements and initiatives within the quality department.
Profile
1. Language skills: Good knowledge of Dutch and English is required; French is an added advantage.
2. Strong administrative skills: You work in a structured and precise way with an eye for detail.
3. Dynamic & eager to learn: You have a proactive attitude and are open to learning about quality systems and processes.
4. Initiator: You like to think about improvements and dare to make proposals.
