CrazyGames.com is a fast-growing browser games platform seeking a Product Engineer (REMOTE) to contribute to its global market-leading casual browser games platform. The selected candidate will work as a product engineer, responsible for full-stack software development and participation in product management for products used by close to 35 million monthly users.
The company's HTML5 browser games platform has 35M monthly active users from around the world. In just a few years, it has grown from a hobby project to a team of 35 experts.
Key Outcomes for the Role:
* Within 1 month, the successful candidate will be familiar with the codebase, fix bugs, and contribute to larger changes for our 35 million users.
* Within 3 months, they will implement user-facing features end-to-end and conduct experiments to improve core metrics.
* Within 6 months, they will take ownership of adding features to our automatic progress-saving functionality, enabling users to restore their progress at specific points in time.
* Within 12 months, they will fully understand the high-level architecture of the codebase so that they can work together with their Team Lead to specify and coordinate large new user-facing features that encompass multiple code projects.

Requirements:
* You are intelligent, efficient, pragmatic, and organized.
* You have managed (parts of) a website or web product successfully before.
* You have good software engineering skills and knowledge of technical concepts in the context of the web.
* You can think in terms of users, judge and prioritize features, and convert them into technical requirements.
* You have an eye for detail and for the big picture.
* You combine knowledge of software development with a business sense, an interest in UX, management skills, and strong analytical skills.
