Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts. We are currently recruiting a Communications Officer for one of our clients based in Brussels.Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience. The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
1. Develop and execute the communication strategy, including deliverables for project reporting
2. Create and edit content showcasing project milestones and achievements
3. Design and manage promotional materials, websites, social media, and branding assets
4. Monitor and report communication activities
5. Collaborate with partners, internal teams, and leaders
6. Support event promotion and communication
Essential Skills and Experience :
7. Minimum 2 years of experience in EU project communications, ideally in mobility or sustainability sectors
8. Bilingual English and French with excellent writing and editing skills
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and communication tools
10. Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
11. Creative, organized, and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
