Job description
We are looking for an experienced Level 2 IT Support professional to join our dynamic team within a European institution specializing in IT services, with a focus on network and security. The ideal candidate will have solid ITIL experience and advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 technical support for internal and external users
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to networks and security
Participate in the continuous improvement of ITIL processes
Collaborate with Level 1 teams and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution
Document procedures and technical solutions
Train and assist users on IT best practices
Required skills
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT support
In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes
ITIL certification (preferred)
Proficiency in network and security technologies
Excellent communication skills in English (advanced level, written and spoken)
Ability to work in a team and manage priorities
Qualifications
Degree in computer science or related field
ITIL certification (preferred)
Experience in an IT services environment
European nationality required
