Your responsibilities as Presales Specialist:
The Presales Specialist supports both internal and external sales channels in commercial and administrative follow-up of the sales process. He/she manages the contracts of partners and customers.
1. You maintain good contacts with the commercial team and customers/partners. You understand their needs so that (commercial) opportunities/questions can be optimally solved or dealt with. You propose solutions within predefined parameters, using your product knowledge & internal contacts.
2. You act as contact person for commercial questions from customers, responding optimally to commercial opportunities and solving their problems.
3. You ensure the coordination between sales and delivery processes. You build bridges between the different departments and participate in/organize meetings to improve internal cooperation.
4. You are responsible for drawing up and following up administrative and commercial sales documents (quotations, contract amendments, contracts) and recording the necessary information with

6. You take a critical look at operational processes, make improvement proposals and work these out with colleagues. You initiate or develop improvement projects.
7. Answering complex questions (integration of different products and services) and RFPs. You may be supported by specialists in the various domains, managing this virtual team.

Our ideal Presales Specalist:
9. Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
10. Experience within telecom is a plus
11. You are accurate and can work independently
12. You have a customer-oriented mindset and good organizational skills
13. You are a team player at heart, with a clear communication style and an open collaborative approach.
14. You have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
