As a leader in business development, you will boost sales, identify opportunities, and expand markets, particularly in cable wire.You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in LEAN organization, utilizing digital and automation tools to improve product quality and on-time delivery, and understanding RD and manufacturing processes.You excel in analyzing, problem-solving, and making pragmatic decisions daily.You are an inspiring, coaching manager who communicates a clear vision, establishes strong relationships with group management, employees, customers, and other stakeholders.You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; German is a plus.Leading position in a strongly growing international manufacturer of custom-made connection technologiesYou join one of the leading manufacturers in data sensor machinery in Europe, and a company with an excellent reputation in the market for product quality and reliability, proximity to clients and high operational standards.As Managing Director in Belgium, you will translate the group strategy into a localized approach and identify synergies with other entities.
