Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify and pursue potential leads, building trust with clients through your expertise and reliability.
* Client Solutions: Listen to client needs and provide custom solutions to enhance their products.
* Business Development: Build business cases with key stakeholders across various leadership roles.
* Networking: Participate in international exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to meet new leads and strengthen customer relations.
Profile
* Educational Background: Degree in industrial or civil engineering.
* Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of fluid mechanics and heat transfer.
* Sales Experience: 3+ years Initial technical sales experience.
* Deal Closer: Confident in closing deals of 100K+.
* Self-Starter: Proactive and responsible.
* Team Player: Motivated, eager to learn, and organized.
* Hunter Mentality: More of a hunter than a farmer.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
* Travel Ready: Willing to travel abroad for short periods (2-3+ times/year)
