Function:
For the Mechanical Department in Antwerp we are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who will have the following responsibilities :
Making specifications, evaluations and selections of machinery and fabricated static equipment for the process industry, in accordance industry norms and (inter)national codes & standards
Attending inspections and tests of machinery & equipment during and after fabrication
As a mechanical engineer you will fulfill a crucial role in projects in the (petro)chemical & pharmaceutical industry, and you will act as an interface with the other engineering disciplines.
Profile: Safety is your first priority
Master degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Mechanics)
Strong team player
7+ years experience as an Mechanical Engineer
Languages: Fluent in Dutch & English
10% travel is required
