The role
We are seeking an organised, versatile, and committed individual to cover a maternity leave. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage operations efficiently while working autonomously.
Key responsibilities
* Finance & Accounting: Manage company accounts and expenses, liaise with accountants, and ensure timely invoicing to clients and payments to suppliers.
* Operations Reporting: Provide monthly reports to the CEO on key operational and financial activities.
* Project & Resource Management: Maintain and oversee the project management tool, ensuring accurate resource planning and updating as needed.
* HR & Payroll: Manage human resources functions, including coordinating payroll and contracts with external providers.
* Supplier & Procurement Management: Identify and manage suppliers, monitor service quality, and oversee invoicing processes.
* Tenders & Documentation: Prepare administrative documents for national and European public tenders.
* General Operations Support: Assist in the daily management of the company, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
Your Profile
We are looking for a professional with at least two years of experience in a similar role, possessing the following skills and attributes:
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to quickly learn new accounting and project management tools.
* Strong written and spoken proficiency in both Spanish and English.
* Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently with attention to detail.
* Eagerness to learn and adopt new digital tools for efficiency.
* A structured and methodical approach to work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Willingness to receive and act on constructive feedback to improve performance.
Additional Information
This position is a temporary maternity leave cover, expected to last for 5 months. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience and contribute to the company's success during this period.
