Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager for a 6-month freelance contract to drive the execution of our go-to-market strategy in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operationalizing strategic initiatives and driving commercial growth by converting opportunities, re-engaging dormant clients, maximizing existing accounts, and expanding market reach. Experience in industries such as manufacturing, industrial equipment, or automation is essential, along with a strong ability to support teams in delivering on identified sales opportunities and optimizing commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute action plans to drive the go-to-market strategy in EMEA, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
* Align cross-functional teams to capitalize on identified sales opportunities and market expansion efforts.
* Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to accelerate commercial success.
* Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders, sales teams, and leadership to maintain momentum.
* Track progress, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
* Provide regular updates to senior management, ensuring visibility on key initiatives and outcomes.
* Optimize resource allocation to maximize impact and efficiency.
* Ensure commercial initiatives meet high-quality standards and deliver measurable business value.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational excellence.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial execution with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
