Empiric is a leading organization in the European Institutions framework. We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Coordinator to join our long-term digital transformation initiative.
This role offers a unique opportunity to harmonize knowledge management across IT service components, leveraging solid experience in knowledge management, particularly in environments that use ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
The successful candidate will lead the implementation of a comprehensive knowledge management strategy program, aligning and optimizing documentation, tools, and processes across various service teams.
Responsibilities:
* Align and optimize knowledge management processes, ideally in an ITIL environment.
* Define roles, workflows, and standards for creating, maintaining, and sharing knowledge.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Must be fluent in English and French (verbal and written).
* Must be a European Citizen.
