The Opportunity
In today's fast-paced world, companies must do more than just meet customer needs – they anticipate them. Customers expect on-demand access to products tailored to their preferences. In response, companies and their supply chains are being transformed to deliver faster than customers think. This need for greater agility, while keeping costs low, puts pressure on supply chain planning and the planners who must keep pace in an ever-accelerating environment.
We help our clients overcome these challenges through a unique combination of industry-specific insights, practical application of digital technologies, and collaboration with alliance partners. We ask better questions to find better answers, delivering better outcomes and shaping the future of supply chain management focused on innovation, technology, and sustainability.
For our growing Supply Chain and Operations practice in Belgium, we're looking for a Senior Consultant to strengthen our Planning team.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, you'll support and lead project delivery teams to improve client business performance, aligning with our Exceptional Client Service approach. You'll also grow our practice outside of client work by building valued relationships with external clients and internal peers, supporting bids and proposals, and contributing to thought leadership.
You'll work independently and in teams, coaching and supporting consultants and client team members, performing analyses, and reporting findings and results. You'll share your expertise with approximately 40 colleagues in the Supply Chain & Operations team of EY Belgium. Our team focuses on delivering challenging projects across the entire supply chain, including creating a supply chain strategy, network design, supply chain planning, logistics & distribution, sourcing & procurement, and manufacturing excellence.
In addition, you'll establish and strengthen relationships with our regional and global Supply Chain leadership teams and participate in international communities.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Competitive business is all about making intelligent, informed choices. We're looking for an individual passionate about helping clients solve their toughest supply chain problems.
Your knowledge and experience, combined with EY's thought leadership on the future of Supply Chain Management, will enable you to provide innovative insights for clients, adapting our service offerings, solutions, and methods to fit operational teams and cultural needs. You'll actively grow your knowledge by participating in educational programs to continually develop your personal skills.
As a valued team member, you'll contribute significantly to our learning culture and coach team members to achieve professional development goals and personal growth.
