Job Description
As a strategic link between HR and operational teams, you''ll focus on three essential pillars: Talent Management, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. As HR Business Partner, you''ll be the driving force behind our customer''s people centered strategy. You''ll work closely with managers to help their teams excel and create an environment where talent flourishes.
Talent Management:
1. Design and implement innovative strategies to attract and develop top talent.
2. Develop career paths that inspire and retain employees.
3. Create a culture of recognition and appreciation.
Performance Management:
1. Introduce cutting edge performance evaluation systems.
2. Coach managers in conducting effective feedback conversations.
3. Analyze performance indicators and develop action plans accordingly.
Learning & Development:
1. Discuss and collaborate with managers and their teams to identify training and development needs.
2. Implement innovative learning programs.
3. Stimulate a culture of continuous learning and growth.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
1. You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience.
2. You can demonstrate more than 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner.
3. You are fluent in Dutch and French and ideally have a good command of English.
4. You are a team player feeling comfortable driving change management projects.
5. You have proven experience setting up L&D/Talent/Performance management programs.
