Description
* You analyze the credit risk associated with transactions that are submitted by various front office teams;
* You draft and deliver clear and succinct recommendations to the Local Management Committee based on your analyses;
* You collaborate with Front Office teams, along with Credit and other departments such as Treasury, Risk Management Division (RMD), Finance and Control (F&C), and Structured Trade Products (STPD);
* You monitor loan performance by responding to alerts and actively participating in risk review committees;
* You engage in internal and external audits and contribute to regulatory discussions;
* You enhance your knowledge of products, industries, and specific countries to assist senior colleagues in evaluating broader segments of the loan portfolio;
* A solid comprehension of financial assessment and credit indicators, combined with strong analytical abilities and a well-rounded awareness of risks;
* Familiarity with the organization’s risk tolerance and established protocols;
* Prior experience in cash flow assessments is an advantage;
* Capability to navigate various industries and types of deals effectively;
* A thorough understanding of global economic trends and sectors to pinpoint potential opportunities and challenges for current or upcoming transactions;
* A fundamental knowledge of loan documentation principles and clauses;
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to utilize MS Office applications effectively;
* Excellent interpersonal abilities, demonstrating initiative as a self-starter while also being a collaborative team member;
* A university degree in economics, quantitative disciplines, or law is required;
