Today, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team at Sonova Retail Belgium.
Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner:
* Advising, supporting and providing guidance to line managers in HR related areas of their responsibilities and objectives (recruitment needs, coaching, development plan, absenteeism, reward, changes).
* Developing, implementing, providing advice, interpretation and guidance on HR corporate and local policies, practices and processes and acting as first point of contact for any HR policy queries for line managers and employees.
* Responsible for and providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, capacity management and succession planning within the sales organisation.
* Overseeing the recruitment process, coaching the Talent Acquisition Specialist and acting as a back-up for all recruitment queries.
* Following up on onboarding and personnel development of employees.
* Assessing organisational and individual development needs with the target to maintain up-to-date competence level of staff.
* Actively participating in HR projects to further optimize the HR services and governance.
* Analyzing and interpreting data, trends and metrics in partnership with the HR expert team (local and corporate) to develop solutions, programs and policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A university degree in business, HR, psychology, social sciences or related field or comparable advanced education.
* Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
* Experience with HR business partnering and HR expertise in reward, recruitment, learning and development, data analytics.
* A good knowledge of Belgium social legislation.
* Knowledge of MS Office and SAP SuccessFactors.
* A strong customer and results orientation.
* The ability to work with cross-functional teams and act as a real team player.
* The ability to work independently.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills.
* Willingness to learn.
