As Go-to-market Manager, you will balance value for the customer with value for our business, driving the acquisition of new customers and contributing directly to business growth. Your responsibilities as a Go-to-Market Manager
1. You independently work out a marketing strategy and flesh out the positioning and tactical aspects of the marketing plan. This includes working on major 360° launch campaigns and developing initiatives that drive new customer acquisition. You conceive and create promotional frameworks and campaigns, shape new propositions, and refine our positioning and storytelling efforts to attract new business. The variety of tasks and challenges is endless!
2. Digital marketing strategies are a core element of your plans. Together with our Digital Experts, you will design seamless digital journeys that attract potential customers.
3. You are responsible for the entire STP process (segmentation, targeting, and positioning) and serve as the key SPOC between Sales & Care, Product Management, MarCom, and other stakeholders. Throughout this, you will ensure your strategies are aligned with delivering measurable business results and driving new customer acquisition.
4. You continuously monitor market trends and competitors, adapting your plans to stay ahead. In particular, you will leverage your experience in the Small Office Home Office (SOHO) segment or broader B2B space to create targeted go-to-market strategies that bring in new customers.
5. You will initiate commercial activities, following up on them and keeping them on track based on KPIs defined in the commercial roadmap. A strong focus on performance management is key to ensuring we exceed acquisition targets.

11. You have at least five years of relevant experience in Go-to-Marketmanagement, brand management, or product management, and you know how to turn propositions into a successful Go-to-Market approach.
12. Your strengths include conceptual thinking, scenario planning, and taking strategic decisions with confidence, even at senior levels.
13. You are motivated by driving business results, with a proven ability to link marketing strategies to new customer acquisition and performance outcomes.
14. Experience working with the SOHO segment or in a B2B context is a strong asset.
15. You naturally identify with target groups and understand their needs, helping you build effective propositions.
16. The use of digital marketing tools and techniques is second nature to you, and you know how to apply them to attract new customers.
17. Data interpretation and insights help you make sound decisions and monitor performance.
18. You speak and write Dutch or French, and English fluently .
19. Ideally, you have a master's degree in applied economic sciences, business economics, or an MBA, though equivalent experience will also be considered.
