What We’re Looking For
* Technical Problem-Solver: You have a strong foundation in technology, including:
o XML, CSV, and SQL Expertise: Managing and querying databases comes naturally to you.
o Linux Command Line Mastery: You’re comfortable navigating servers via the command line.
o Version Control Savvy: Tools like GIT aren’t just familiar—they’re your ally in solving issues.
o Tool Proficiency: Jira, Confluence, and Zendesk are tools you confidently use in your workflow.
* Customer Advocate: You excel at turning client challenges into solutions, communicating clearly and empathetically to provide top-notch support.
* Calm Under Pressure: You stay composed under tight deadlines, transforming urgent requests into structured and positive outcomes.
* Team Player: You enjoy working closely with developers, clients, and other stakeholders, collaborating to find the best solutions.
* Proactive Learner: You’re entrepreneurial, positive, and always looking for ways to improve processes and grow your skills.
* Bonus: You have fluent Dutch and if you speak French, that’s a huge plus!
