The Business Partner Pharmacies manages an assigned territory to drive Sandoz market share growth by visiting pharmacies to promote the Sandoz portfolio and develop and maintain a customer network. The BP is able to analyze the business, create and execute an appropriate strategy to reach sales goals, and act as a business partner by sharing insights from the field with the company.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan effectively the organization of customer visits in territory, in collaboration with the Senior BP/RSM within the region and in line with internal guidelines.
* Promote the Sandoz portfolio by visiting and building relationships with pharmacists in line with the sales and marketing strategy.
* Analyze the business to build and execute a strategy and action plans to meet sales goals at customer level and territory level in collaboration with the Senior BP/RSM.
* Drive territory sales performance, market share, and sales force effectiveness.
* Optimal utilization of resources (discounts, services).
* Develop effective professional business relationships with customers that support delivery of business results across the molecules promoted in the pharmacies.
* Ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external customers.
* Differentiate Sandoz as a leader in generic medicines in the pharmacies.
* Understand and highlight trends, sharing field/market insights with management.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
* Experience in using digital platforms.
* Fluent in regional spoken language and English.
* Soft skills: growth mindset, go-getter, self-awareness, adaptability/agility, entrepreneurship, collaboration & team spirit.
* Commercial Hard Skills: negotiation skills, chasing opportunities, account management.
* Service-minded, analytical, quick understanding of software/CRM programs, and ability to contribute to the company culture.
