You will support internal users with IT-related issues in this role. Additionally, you will manage all hardware and software in collaboration with our external partner. You will perform installations and configurations and provide support for all office devices using various tools. You will contribute ideas to improve our support and system management processes and suggest changes that can be implemented.

You have knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Windows Server, and an interest in Acta Libra (notary software system). You understand how a PC is built and are responsible for testing defective devices, replacing empty toner cartridges, and similar tasks.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent through experience.
* Strong general hardware knowledge: PCs, printers, displays, scanners.
* Basic networking knowledge: switches, PoE, routers, network cards, Wi-Fi access points; TCP/IP, VoIP.
* General knowledge of operating systems: Windows 11, Windows Server 2012 R2, Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft Intune, Teams Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, Office 365.
* Ability to independently solve problems using procedures and work instructions.
* Decisiveness: analyzing incidents and making independent, timely, and correct decisions.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Dutch and English.
