We’re looking for a Sales Manager who will obsess about growing our SME customer base.
You will be responsible for our inbound sales efforts. You’ll help us scale our sales team to 10+ sales people (AEs, AMs, …) in the next few years. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales.
What you will do
* Manage, coach and motivate A-players in our fast-growing sales team to improve their performance and prepare them for future roles
* Hands-on lead the sales process for important SME clients
* Obsess about how we can improve our inbound sales machine to optimize for repeatable and scalable growth
* Set-up the right tools and dashboards to measure and improve important KPIs to ensure we take take data-driven decisions
* Collaborate closely with other managers & Head of Sales : exploit opportunities and steer strategic agenda of other departments
About you
* Proven leadership skills in managing a top performing sales team. You get energy from seeing colleagues grow by inspiring excellence
* Analytical Mindset: You will help develop our sales machine from the ground up, requiring a scientific and structured approach.You have a data-driven approach to solve problems
* Highly organized: you’re an excellent project manager and you document everything you do
* No F1 experience is needed but affinity for automotive is a plus
* Mamba mentality : you have a mindset that is all about pushing yourself & LIZY to be the best, no matter what
* Extremely curious, hardworking and eager to learn
* 5+ years of relevant sales experience and a successful track record in a high-growth environment
* Fully proficient in English, French or Dutch is a plus
