TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT PERE
This position is accountable for providing high quality service through the management of day -to-day oversight activity within PCS Transfer Management team. The individual ensures a superior level of service is maintained at all times, shares knowledge of pending issues, promptly resolves where possible and escalates items where necessary to the line manager whilst providing all clients.
The incumbent will hold an administrator position within the Production Assurance team with overarching responsibility for oversight duties which consist in control and monitor the production of all tasks smart sourced to KL and ensure optimal client delivery and strict risk management.
Review of the weekly issue log in place with the team and mandatory participation into the weekly reviews with our Malaysian Team.
The incumbent will take in charge the Production Assurance Team work allocation and split the workload accordingly based on the experience. The incumbent will need to ensure all required trainings to the newjoiners in the team or refresher trainings are held and ensure that the competency is increasing within the Team. The incumbent will be in charge of the first vacation approval of the Production Assurance Team and ensure enough Team capacity prior second level validation of the Manager.
The incumbent will organize, motivate and challenge the Production Assurance Team and will need to act as an expert in the Oversight mandate.
Responsibilities:
Review of daily business check list
Back up Supervisor when needed
Suggest improvements – Ideas sharing
Monitoring of daily dashboard related to investment and invoices
Monitoring of cash monitoring
Monitoring of cash breaks
Monitoring of Annual Ownership Verification
Monitoring of internal audit ISAE3402 & overall client audit
Coordination of Fund events set ups
Management of client queries
Key internal point of contact for TM and cash activities related to PCS
Participation in client meetings, new on-boarding`s and due diligences
Participation in various projects ( system review, enhancement requests from our clients etc… )
Ensure controls are adhered and followed by the PCS Production Assurance Team
Mandatory participation in weekly calls ( Issue Log review )
Support the team supervisor to ensure the team runs efficiently
Ensure proper communication with clients, within the business line and with other internal departments
Ensure an efficient operational service to clients with internal processes being followed
Experience:
University or post-Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Law with work experience in Fund
Administration Operations for 4 to 6 years
Working knowledge of the funds industry, fund documentation and processing transactions
Knowledge of some systems used in the funds industry and in particular fund administration Fluent in English and French. German, Italian language skills would be considered an asset.
