Project Overview::
Seeking a senior Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) to join the IT team of the banking and cash department. The EDO will drive one or multiple epics/projects for the cash modernization program, which aims to implement a new payment system that is more modern, efficient, and secure. This role involves taking full ownership of initiatives and committing to the quality of production.
Skills:
* Project Management: Proven experience in managing sizeable projects in the Financial/Banking sector, following an Agile methodology.
* Technical and Business Understanding: Good understanding of project technical and business issues.
* Risk and Issue Management: Ability to lead risk, issue, and change control processes.
* Resource Planning: Skills in developing and maintaining project plans and forecasts, including resource requirements and costs.
* Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships and contractual aspects with providers and stakeholders.
* Banking/Financial Services Knowledge: Knowledge of Banking/financial services and specifically cash Swift ISO20022 standards.
* Package Implementation Experience: Experience with the implementation of packages, specifically the OPF package from FIS.
* Technical Expertise: Technical expertise in Linux, Windows, and/or mainframe.
* Certifications: Certification in PRINCE 2 and/or PMI, or similar IT frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities :
* End-to-End Delivery: Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, including scope, time, budget, and quality.
* Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans and forecasts, including resource requirements, costs, and dependencies with other projects.
* Risk and Issue Management: Lead the risk, issue, and change control processes for assigned projects, build action plans to mitigate risks/solve issues, and track action items.
* Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress, quality, planning, and budget, reporting to senior management, including the Program Manager and the sponsor/client.
* Team Management: Manage virtual teams across various divisions and entities.
* Provider Relationship Management: Manage the relationship and contractual aspects with the provider (FIS) for the cash package (OPF).
