Team/division description
The mission of the Business Partnering (BP) team is to:
1. Provide strategic organisation & development support to TME management and Pan European Affiliate HR teams
2. Drive the People & Innovation (P&I) Agenda in the business and bring business needs on the P&I agenda (understand business needs to unleash the potential of all employees)
3. Be the key contacts of employees for career, development, and individual issues
This position reports to the BP Senior Manager leading the Sales Business Transformation project and BP Planning. A Senior Specialist in the team will be assigned as your mentor during the internship project.
Your project
4. You will have an opportunity to shadow business partners in their daily jobs and participate in the implementation of annual HR processes
5. You will have a chance develop the training programs and interactive workshops to advance the knowledge and soft skills of Business Partners
6. You will learn to make business cases, prepare scenarios and reports to management and stakeholders in reginal headquarters and the affiliates throughout Europe
7. You will gain the experience in the organization design projects. This includes specific data gathering, analysing today’s organizational structure and preparing business proposals
8. You will develop your project management and collaboration skills while working together with other business partners, HR colleagues and business functions stakeholders

Your Profile
9. You have educational background in HR, Business economics, Socialogy, Organization psychology
10. You are fluent in English (TME business language)
11. You have good knowledge/experience in project management and organization management topics
12. Ability to analyse, interpret data and make recommendations based on these insights
13. Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and accuracy
14. Creative thinker and eager to find solutions
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
16. Ability to build strong relationship and work with all levels in the organisation
17. Proficiency in Office 365 and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint in particular)
