Main tasks As a Business Research Intern, your mission is to support the commercial effort of department by providing insights of the Luxembourgish and European market. Your duties includeconducting research, compiling data, implementing ideas, and present your research in a comprehensive way.You will work independently but in a dynamic team environment. You will be tasked with the following tasks (non exhaustive list): Pricing and offering benchmarking: Analyze pricing trends and benchmark our products and services against competitors. Provide actionable insights to optimize pricing strategies. Market positioning: Assess the departments current market position. Identify opportunities to strengthen our competitive edge. Sustainability positioning: Research sustainability trends in the financial industry. Support the integration of sustainability elements into our offerings. Client data analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze client data to support strategic decisions. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Your profile Educational background : you are pursuing a degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior work experience: you have a prior experience in a financial institution in Marketing or Market Research. Having written a Masters thesis is a plus. Skills and competencies : Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are required, any other additional language is a plus. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools. Solid understanding of financial markets and marketing strategies. Interest in sustainability topics is a plus.
