A day in the life of…You will advise, analyze and convince.
You will…
1. Provide potential customers and partners with an in-depth technical overview of Lansweeper’s solution.
2. Advise on anything from the initial rollout and configuration to security compliance and custom developments.
3. Help set up and guide PoCs with potential customers.
4. Assist the sales team to identify customer needs and challenges and propose ways to solve them.
5. Create re-usable collateral to scale your expertise across the team.
6. Become a subject matter expert in our solution and the IT landscape of our customers.
7. Be available for ad-hoc calls, demos, emails and on-site customer interactions.
8. Participate in new hiring and ongoing technical trainings of our team.
9. Share ideas about improving our product and processes as well as customer engagement information.
10. You'll collaborate closely with the pre-sales team and the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. Engage with sales, including direct sales, account management, and partners, while maintaining regular contact with our customer support, customer success, and product teams.

What I bring to the table
1. 3 years’ experience in a similar solutions engineer or pre-sales role in SaaS or related software.
2. Tremendous communication skills. It’s not enough to just talk tech. We need you to effectively interact with our customers daily.
3. Inquisitive with a commercial mindset. Leverage your IT expertise to conduct insightful demos, question deeply, and uncover customer needs, illustrating the value of our solutions.
4. Always support the sales team. When the sales team is successful, so is Lansweeper. Your primary job is to remove technical barriers and to make sure the sales team is focused on helping our customers.
5. Experience in the Enterprise and mid-market spaces. Our user base is varied and growing. We need someone who demonstrates fluency in engaging with both large enterprises and smaller businesses with our diverse and expanding user base.
Going for gold?
1. Experience in ITAM, SAM, cyber security or Lansweeper solution highly desired.
2. Experience with ITSM solutions like ServiceNow or JIRA.
3. Experience working with solutions that incorporate open APIs and 3rd party integrations.
4. Experience working with MSPs, VARs, and consultants.
5. French or German language skills.
