As receptionist you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming visitors, employees and clients
* Manage phone calls and mail
* Manage meeting rooms
* General administrative support to other departments
* You have first experiences in administration, reception or any other relevant field
* You are fluent in English and French or Dutch
* You are proactive, discrete and organised
* You have excellent communication skills
