We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our cooperative
We are a small cooperative of three people who work closely together as equals, valuing collaboration and shared responsibility. We are developers but being a small team we have had the opportunity to hone a range of skills that goes much beyond the lines of code we write.
As our client base grows, however, we feel the time has come to find someone to take charge of project management for one of our main developments, Chill. Chill is an open-source software for the social sector that has by now proven its worth and is ready to expand. We would like someone who can dedicate themselves to taking it to the next level, ensuring smooth communication with users and keeping projects on track. Your role will be essential in helping us balance development with user/client engagement, making sure CHILL continues to evolve based on real needs.
If you appreciate an open and purpose-driven work environment, you might feel at home with us. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, open-minded, and conscientious about the world around them. A positive spirit and a proactive approach will be valuable assets in this role.
