Role Overview:
We seek a Senior Graphic Designer & Art Director ready to elevate their career by blending design expertise with art direction. This role should eventually transcend traditional execution, offering the opportunity to shape our new creative services within an international context, collaborating closely with consultants and strategists.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Design: Create compelling digital marketing assets that make our clients’ campaigns stand out, translating messaging and targeting into visually appealing designs.
• Project Management: Oversee the design components of internal and clients' digital marketing projects, ensuring timely execution from scheduling to final distribution.
• Brand Development: Develop and maintain LeadFabric’s digital brand identity, ensuring consistency and innovation.
• Team Leadership: Contribute to building an “agency within the agency,” offering full-service solutions to clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Design Expertise: Proficient in visualizing concepts, with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience in both print and online design.
• Art Direction: Ability to provide art direction for front-end web development teams and ensure cohesive brand identity.
• AI: understanding how AI can lift traditional production work. Knowledge about platforms like Midjourney or other tools are a big plus.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working within Agile project management frameworks.
• Research & Strategy: Capable of conducting research to understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
• Collaboration: Strong communicator, able to present ideas effectively and work closely with campaign and account management teams.
Profile:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrable experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a high-paced agency environment.
• Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, an eye for visual composition, and proficiency in usability and online conversion design.
• Attributes: Effective time management, ability to meet deadlines, understanding of marketing and multimedia design, and a high level of accountability and motivation.
