Your Key Responsibilities 🏆
As part of our expanding finance team, reporting to a Finance Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting key financial processes. Your contributions will help drive the company’s success!
Accounts Payable:
* Maintain vendor records
* Process and record vendor invoices
* Validate vendor bank details
* Track and record credit card & employee expenses
* Prepare and propose payment runs
Accounts Receivable:
* Maintain customer records
* Issue sales invoices promptly
* Prepare customer billing grids
Intercompany Transactions:
* Record intercompany invoices
* Assist in intercompany reconciliation
Banking & Financial Support:
* Perform weekly bank reconciliations
* Manage passthrough and investigator costs
* Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
* Support financial audits
* Contribute to financial reporting
* Assist with ad hoc tasks as required
What We Are Looking For 🔍
Essential Skills:
* Fluent English (written & spoken) is a must!
* At least 1 year of experience in an office environment
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication & teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
Desirable Skills:
* Degree in Finance or currently working in a financial position
* Experience with Microsoft Navision / Dynamics 365 is a plus!
