As a seasoned logistics professional, you will be responsible for driving warehouse operations and optimizing logistical processes within our international team. We are seeking an experienced analyst to join us in Ninove, Erpe-Mere, or Haaltert.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about logistics and has experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP S4/Hana, EWM, or MFS. Your analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate fluently with stakeholders will enable you to excel in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
* Focusing on all warehouse-related processes, both manual and automated;
* Serving as the central contact point for incidents and changes to be implemented;
* Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project managers;
* Sharing best practice models and driving improvement projects;
* Capturing and analyzing new requirements, aligning with the team to ensure proper execution;
* Reweaving existing system solutions alongside the team, comparing them to new market solutions for continuous improvement;
* Organizing knowledge transfer sessions and providing training to secure and reinforce knowledge within the community;
* Documenting implemented processes on the interactive knowledge platform and exploring correlations with other domains.
You will work from one of our headquarters (Ninove, Erpe-Mere, Haaltert) and report to the Competence Centre Lead. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop in a highly dynamic environment.

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's degree or equivalent experience. Relevant skills and qualifications include experience with ERP systems, knowledge of warehousing or logistics modules, and proficiency in SAP S4/Hana, EWM, or MFS. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, and occasional travel may be required.
