The role
For introducing a new ERP-project we are looking for a manufacturing engineer who will work with the global ERP-team to analyze the existing method processes and systems for the product company Portable Air, define the best practices and contribute to a successful roll-out of the new ERP-package within Portable Air.
You define the processes together with Business Process Managers and BKU's, test the proposed processes and implement them. You organize training and are responsible for change management.
Specifically this means
1. Define the ERP structure together with the team for the methodology suite.
2. Analyze existing systems and implementing changes if necessary
3. Test an validate the built solutions
4. Give training and support during implementation
5. Lead change management within the Product Company
Besides the introduction of the GEMS project you can be deployed in the introduction of New Product Development-projects and all kinds of projects such as digitalization projects in the context of Industry 4.0, which have an impact on the processes and methods in the manufacturing flow, both regarding adjustments to used systems and initiating new methods, processes and improvement proposals.
You are the central point of contact and provide operational support and training for both existing and new methods and processes and you are responsible for competence development.
This is a hybrid position with the main location based in Antwerp, Belgium. #LI-Hybrid

What we expect of you
12. You have a bachelor or a master degree in engineering or equivalent through experience
13. You have 2+ years of experience in a production environment
14. You are keen on manufacturing processes and systems
15. You are a teamplayer and a natural born networker
16. You are fluent in English.
