What you’ll do:
* Lead multi-disciplinary project teams in the successful delivery of Customer contracts.
* Lead a multi-disciplinary project team for the execution of customer projects.
* Act as the primary interface with the Customer regarding day-to-day project execution.
* Conduct internal and external Project Team Meetings.
* Control and monitor the status and progress of the Project Plan.
* Establish, manage, maintain, and enhance the internal Life Cycle Model for Program Management Standards at Lonza.
* Provide leadership in defining best practices and applying project management standards.
What we’re looking for:
* BSc degree (e.g., in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field).
* 5 - 10 years of project management experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry, or a similar sector.
* Project management certification? PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
* Knowledge of EHS and Quality standards
* Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management software and tools such as MS Project or equivalent systems.
* Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
