What's in a workday?
The role is a mix of first and second line support with a varied set of tasks, including regular rollout projects.
You are the point of contact for the end user and respond well to their needs. Your focus is on the solution, not the problem.
With your eagle eye, you keep an overview of the interaction with the customer, the management, and the administration of incidents.
You manage user profiles, Hardware, and software, and contribute to ongoing improvement processes.
You perform installations and configurations and provide support for all devices within the company using various tools.
Regularly, you go directly into the field to solve problems if remote resolution is not possible.
You handle and process tickets: onboarding and offboarding people, assigning rights or applications, resolving printer issues, and software & PC-related problems.
Your profile
Your Hardware:
You have relevant work experience in a Service Desk environment and can correctly register incidents and solve known problems according to procedures.
You already have experience with core Microsoft technologies such as Office 365 and Windows OS.
You always keep the focus on the end user and ensure they are operational again as quickly as possible.
You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and may eventually participate in the on-call support.
In addition to the required skills for level 1 support, you already have general knowledge of AD, AAD, O365, SharePoint, Intune, Security (MFA, CA, M365 Defender,...), networking, and Windows OS.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and always strive for the best result.
Your documentation skills are on point!
You handle tickets with main problems. Once this problem is known, you make the necessary changes so that this problem can no longer cause incidents.
You are the seamless link between the 1st and 3rd line.
You speak fluent Dutch, English, and French and have a driver's license B.
