Job Description:
We are seeking for a highly motivatedprofessional to join our team as Regulatory Affairs Specialist. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategiesensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards. Thisrole requires a deep understanding of the European regulation system as well asexcellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal andexternal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will own the execution of the regulatory strategy for the assigned markets
He or she will work closely with the Government Relations team, the Product Stewardship team, Communications and the Marketing Managers to execute the regulatory strategy
He/She will own the project management and the KPI follow up for the assigned markets
Will be accountable for developing the right communication tools to support regulatory / GR activities
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree in a science or business subject.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as Chemicals orPharmaceuticals
• Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to operate acrossmultiple functions
• Familiarity with European Commission structure, operation andregulatory frameworks
• Strong project management skills ensuring delivery of actions todeadline
• Ability to build impactful industry arguments, based on data andcustomer examples to support the communication plans
• Willingness to travel 15% of the time
