Job Description
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for selling our services to customers over the phone.
Working in the Sales department, you will implement business strategies, identify new business opportunities, generate leads and closing deals.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
1. Identify new business trends and opportunities.
2. Close deals, meet sales targets, drive growth and profitability.
3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
4. Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
5. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
Qualifications
6. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
7. Ability to connect easily with potential clients.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Excellent communication skills, in Dutch. French and English are assets.
10. Proven experience as a Business Developer in a team of inside sales or similar sales/customer service role.
