As the Talent Lead for our Software Factory, you will be at the forefront of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will ensure that we have the right people in the right positions to meet the evolving needs of our teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the central budget, overseeing vendor relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for finance and vendor management across the tribe.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Attract and retain talent across the Software Factory, ensuring we have a skilled and motivated workforce.
2. Ensure the right person is in the right position by aligning team needs with individual skills and competencies.
3. Manage the central budget for the Software Factory and act as the primary stakeholder for finance-related matters for the entire tribe.
4. Oversee vendor management, serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for vendors and partners for hiring, firing, interviews, and rate negotiations.
5. Develop and execute talent strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals.
6. Oversee the professional development and career growth of team members through on-the-job coaching, mentoring, competency development, and training initiatives.
7. Conduct quarterly resource allocations and long-term strategic resource planning.
8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting continuous improvement and agile ways of working.
9. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including team managers, product owners, and other talent leads, to support cross-tribe mobility and understand business needs.
10. Ensure alignment of talent management practices with overall company objectives.
11. Support overall initiatives on talent sourcing, development, engagement, and wellbeing.

Our Ideal Talent Lead - Software Factory:
16. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
17. Proven experience in talent management or HR leadership roles.
18. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
19. Experience in budget management and financial planning.
20. Strong vendor management skills, including negotiation and contract management.
21. Ability to identify and address skill gaps and training needs.
22. Experience in the tech industry or software development environment is a plus.
23. Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities.
24. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
