The Digital Transformation Manager helps establish the digitization strategy and is responsible for its implementation.
After a training period, you will oversee various digitization projects:
* You will develop into an expert in the digitization of our activities.
* Depending on the project, you will collaborate with internal staff and external partners and report to the Support Manager.
* You identify opportunities and anticipate new developments in digitization.
* You assess the feasibility and risks associated with new digitization projects.
* You monitor time allocation, financial expenditures, and requirements for digitization projects.
* You organize meetings with internal managers and external partners of specific digitization projects and provide guidance.
* You follow external needs related to digitization and data exchange.
* When necessary, you liaise with certificate holders, public construction authorities (Flanders, Wallonia, Brussels), other certification or inspection bodies, contractors, etc.
You will work from the office in Zellik, but after the onboarding period, there is the possibility to work from home several days a week.
