* Shape the Market: Develop and execute a Go-to-Market strategy for Belgium, targeting the Manufacturing vertical market
* Drive Growth: Start as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales.

What You Bring
* Proven SaaS Expertise: Success in complex sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from €100k–€1M.
* Industry Insight: 3–5 years of sales experience in the Manufacturing sectors in Belgium, understanding their challenges and opportunities.
* Channel Building Experience: Demonstrated ability to identify, onboard, and grow channel partners to expand business reach and drive revenue growth. Knowledge of the key partners in the region
* Strategic Vision: Ability to design and execute impactful sales strategies from the ground up.
* Leadership Potential: Desire to build a team and scale the business in a high-growth environment.
