The Key Account Manager will have the following responsibilities :
* Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with assigned retailers (including TOP 3)
* Prepare, lead, and finalize annual agreement negotiations (commercial terms, volumes, promotional activities)
* Contribute to developing and executing the commercial plan for the Belgian market
* Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs (revenue, margins, volumes) to optimize results
* Conduct competitive market analysis in Belgium to identify growth opportunities and risks
* Collaborate with other teams (Marketing & Supply Chain)
* Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in a similar role, ideally in retail or FMCG
* Strong negotiation skills and expertise in commercial agreements
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills but also project management and organizational skills
* Fluency in French, Dutch and English
* Proficient in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems).
