Apply now for the position of Healthcare Solutions Consultant and you will provide consulting services to our customers: private laboratories and hospital laboratories for in vitro diagnosis. You will also support the implementation follow up of our IT-solutions and handling of customer issues.
Your Responsibilities:
PRE-SALES
1. As Healthcare Consultant Solution you audit clinical laboratories. During the audit, you analyze which lab processes (e.g. sample flow, TAT, staffing,…) are working well and others that can be improved. You identify specific customer problems and needs. You collect data (e.g. KPi’s, number of tests,…) from the customer that you combine with your observations to design THE Siemens solution (automation, analyzers, IT). You elaborate workflow recommendations and you validate the fit between the customer needs and our solution.
2. During this HCS audit and analysis you make use of Value Stream Mapping analysis, Lean/6-Sigma techniques and high-quality Siemens workflow simulation tools.
3. You prepare your HCS presentations and present them to the stakeholders (e.g. CEO, Lab Director, Financial Director, Clinical Biologist, Head Lab Technician, Procurement,…) of the customer.
4. You develop new concepts and creative ideas to improve the quality of our value proposition.
5. You are a key player in answering tenders for Automation and Complex projects.
6. You support IT audits performed by IT Consultant, in mapping the customer's IT infrastructure, understand the customer's IT needs and develop our IT solution.
7. You will work closely together with the Zone HCS Manager, sales team, marketing team and the Project Manager. You discuss the results and analysis of your HCS audits with them. During the entire sales process, your input is vital for the sales team in presenting the value of our solution towards our customers.
IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
8. As HCS Consultant you support the Project Manager during the development of Implementation Plans for both our complex automation projects and our stand-alone installations.
9. You show presence during the implementation of our solution to make sure that the (pre-) sales HCS engagements are rolled-out during the implementation phase (workflow, TAT, test distribution, workload, IT,…).
10. You organize workshops with the customer to assure a smooth implementation of the new processes (Change Management).
11. You collaborate with the Automation/IT Service Team and the Project Manager to have the best workflow in place.
POST SALES
12. You support your HCS post-sales colleague with post-sales HCS engagements when necessary.
13. You visit the Siemens Automation customers and analyse the system performance.
14. You are the back-op of your HCS post-sales counterpart to present your findings during periodic Platinum meetings to our customers in collaboration with the sales team.
15. You follow-up on the implementation of the improvement plans.
IT-specialist
16. You will support the implementation follow-up of our IT-solutions at specific customer sites
