The Portfolio Consulting Professional SLS is responsible for the development of a local go-to-market strategy for the products he/she is responsible for: Hemostasis, Hematology, Plasma Proteins & Urine Systems. He/she drives marketing and communication programs related to his/her product lines of responsibility. He/she is in charge of the Product management for the product lines and provides support to the sales team with in-depth customer presentations, support for tenders, Key Opinion Leader management and scientific knowledge. He/she is the link between the local market and the zone marketing team.
Responsibilities
* He/she will define and implement the marketing strategy for current and future products:
o Launch of new products;
o Develop sales campaigns adapted to the local market;
o Understand, analyze and follow-up of Market Trends;
o Create and implement Marketing and Communication Programs;
o Set/adapt product pricing strategies and develop/adapt product positioning concepts;
o Run competitive analysis and Intelligence.
* He/she is responsible for customer communications on new or existing products.
* He/she will support sales in developing revenue for the products of responsibility through:
o Joint customer visits;
o Sales argumentation and sales tools design;
o Support in tenders;
o Development of customer events.
* He/she is able to articulate with Managers and Clinical Biologists on the scientific/clinical topics with strong scientific knowledge:
o Relationship with Key opinion leaders;
o Participation in congresses and international meetings;
o Translate your scientific knowledge and newly gained insights into understandable and usable marketing and sales tools;
o Coordination of scientific collaborations.
* He/she will provide the link with the business line’s zone marketing department.
* Company image: He/she develops the Siemens Healthineers brand image, demonstrating the principles of Healthineers at all times, as well to all internal as external stakeholders.
Your profile:
* A master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Biochemistry, Lab technician or equivalent by experience.
* Proven experience in Laboratory Diagnostics is mandatory.
* Interested in the developments in the healthcare industry.
* Good IT knowledge is required.
* Well-developed personal and professional communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with regional marketing, global marketing, sales & senior managers within Siemens Healthineers as well as with the clients.
* Self-reliance and motivation, takes initiatives and acts proactively.
* Commercial skills, customer-focused and good team player.
* Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English is necessary.
* Be open to travel occasionally.
