- Support the Managing Director (daily schedule, meetings, travel)
- Manage the office and provide administrative and logistical support to the team
- Ensure that internal policies and procedures are respected
- Collect and process data in support of the policy and communications team
- Prepare reports by collecting and analysing information
- Represent the executive externally in the absence of the executive or other management
- Provide historical reference by developing and utilising filing and retrieval systems; record meeting discussions.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies; evaluate new office products; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
