We provide both permanent and interim contracts. We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator for one of our clients based in Brussels. Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience, meal vouchers, group insurance and health insurance. The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
1. Oversee project workflows, ensuring timely progress and team coordination
2. Manage client and candidate communications, scheduling, and updates
3. Prepare, format, and ensure accuracy of client-facing documents
4. Handle billing, expense reporting, invoicing, and receivables tracking
5. Maintain and update confidential databases and coordinate data entry
6. Support business development through planning, content creation, and tracking outcomes
7. Support business development efforts through planning, content creation, and tracking
Essential Skills and Experience :
8. Advanced MS Office skills and excellent proofreading abilities
9. Fluency in English and Dutch or French, with strong drafting skills
10. Tech-savvy and skilled in database management
11. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
12. Strong communication and client interaction abilities
13. Team player, stress-resistant, professional, and client-focused
