Role Overview The CAR T Maintenance Support Technician will be part of the Engineering and Maintenance team within the Technical Operations group and will be responsible for providing essential support to the Maintenance Engineers and the Maintenance Planners. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across cross functional groups to support maintenance activities by ensuring effective preparation and coordination. Major Responsibilities
1. Support the Maintenance Engineers and the Maintenance Planners by collecting necessary tools and equipment for reactive and planned maintenance activities.
2. Order necessary spare parts and consumables for planned and reactive maintenance work, ensuring stock levels remain within pre established limits.
3. Manage and maintain the maintenance inventory and workshop in an orderly and up to date condition.
4. Coordinate the shipment of equipment to vendors for repair or calibration and ensure its proper receipt and placement upon return.
5. Keep relevant stakeholders informed about the shipment status and whereabouts of components and equipment.
6. Assist the Maintenance Engineers during cleanroom interventions when required.
7. Prepare shift work folders in advance, ensuring they include all necessary work descriptions, checklists, and calibration records.
8. Scan and archive service reports, calibration records and maintenance documentation.
